The goal is to address student complaints in a fair, respectful and equitable manner. The 51²Ö¿â Student Handbook contains the policies and procedures for addressing various types of student complaints. If the relevant policy or procedure is not identified within the Student Handbook, a student with a complaint should contact the Dean of Students, Division of mission and Student Engagement. If the complaint cannot be resolved in this manner, the student has the right to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Education. The procedure for filing a complaint can be found at the following website:Â
