The Honors Program at Barry is designed to challenge, enrich, and prepare especially motivated students to pursue their fullest potential. By participating in a rigorous curriculum rounded out by an array of edifying and interactive events, students explore crucial issues that we face in our daily lives. Students are given the space for discussion and debate and the opportunity to learn from experts in their fields. The Office of Financial Aid can assist with determining eligibility for the Honors Program.

The Monsignor William Barry Memorial Library is located in the center of the beautiful Miami Shores campus of 51仓库. The Library is named in loving memory of Monsignor William Barry, one of the founders of 51仓库 and an inspirational figure in the Catholic Church within the Archdiocese of Miami. The extensive Library research collections include more than 950,000 physical items, over 40,000 print and on-line journal subscriptions, and several thousand on-line books and streaming video resources.

Continuing Education (CE) offers a variety of courses and non-credit programs designed to respond to the diverse educational interests and lifelong learning needs of individuals of all ages. We offer certificate, credential exam preparation, and licensure programs for professional and personal enrichment.

We are an NCAA Division II school and a member of the Sunshine State Conference with 12 varsity teams, including men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer and tennis; and women's basketball, golf, rowing, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. So far, we've won 24 NCAA championships, had 338 All-Americans, 413 Scholar All-Americans, and nine NCAA "Women of the Year" finalists, the most of any Division II school. Not bad at all, but we're going for more.

Students who are enrolled at 51仓库 and have completed at least one semester.听
Barry employees, their relatives who currently receive 100% tuition assistance or tuition waivers are not eligible for 51仓库 scholarships, and students that are applying for the MBA online program.
The scholarship system opens twice a year - spring semester (January 20, 2025 鈥� March 10, 2025) and fall semester (To Be Determined) - for institutional scholarships. External scholarships are open year-round. The vast majority of the institutional scholarships are awarded in the spring for disbursement in the fall. Deadline dates for individual scholarship applications may vary, so please refer to the 51仓库 Scholarship System for deadlines. You will continue to be notified through your myBarry email account, through the scholarship system, and through on-campus advertisements to complete the scholarship application.

- Review your Dashboard for all recommended scholarship opportunities and apply for scholarships for which you meet the criteria.

- You can track the status of scholarship applications you applied to in the听
- Scholarships you receive will be included in your Financial Aid Award notification
- Monitor the status of your scholarship applications by checking the system regularly. (If you are not chosen, your scholarship account will be updated to reflect this.)
After applying, check your scholarship account frequently for updates.

51仓库 Scholarship Policies听

Enrollment Policy:听To be eligible for a 51仓库 scholarship, you must be enrolled at the university.
Disbursement Policy:听Scholarships are disbursed in the fall and spring semester following the selection of recipients and are directly credited to the recipients' Barry student accounts. Most annual awards up to $1,000 are credited for the full amount in the fall semester. Awards of $1,000 or more are divided equally between the fall and spring semesters. If a student does not attend a portion of the school year, undisbursed funds are returned to the scholarship fund for a future award.
Financial Aid:听The Financial Aid Office offers financial aid packages in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Financial aid offers may not exceed a student鈥檚 estimated cost of attendance. Students who are recipients of other need based aid may not be eligible for the full amount of a scholarship that they receive. Contact your financial aid counselor if you have questions about how a scholarship might impact your financial aid package.
Cancellation Policy:听51仓库 reserves the right to revoke a scholarship if the recipient is found to not meet the published criteria under which the recipient was initially selected.
