Valuing the experiences of working adults, our students may be able to transfer prior learning, work experiences, or military credits. Our Experiential Learning Portfolio (ELP) program allows you to translate real-life, college-level learning into up to 30 credits college credits!??

The SHRM aligned Human Resources specialization will prepare you for the pivotal role HR leaders play in building a strong and committed workforce. It is of special interest to students employed in human resources development or administration and is designed to address the HR body of knowledge to prepare for the SHRM exams.

As of November 8, 2022, 51仓库 aligned its Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. The HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

• SHRM certification is a key determinant in career advancement.
• HR professionals who earn SHRM Certification report significantly higher levels of credibility in their professions.
• Those who earn the SHRM Certification report higher salaries than those who do not.

The portfolio program allows you to translate your real-life learning into college credit. You may earn up to 30 credits by demonstrating college-level learning in one or more of the following academic disciplines: administration, behavioral sciences, communication, humanities, natural sciences, social sciences and five special topics.?
